The Elevate Program is an RBC-funded workplace skills-based program that develops students' ability to achieve success in life during and after Mount Allison.
With a variety of pre-professional, skills-based workshops, that have been structured to cater to the needs of our evolving world, including cultural competency, digital skills, financial literacy, and communications.

Personalized career support
Students are encouraged to meet one-on-one with a member of the Career Development team for resume review and career advising, and attend a variety of helpful professional development sessions.
This includes:
- Intro to the Experiential Learning and Career Development (ELCD) office
- Career goals
- Resume review
- Career Mapping and other self-assessments
- Referrals for further support or resources, as needed
